(Annyong haseyo is favored by females. Annyong hashimnikka is more polite and favored by males.

Good-bye.(to person leaving)
Annyonghi kaseyo 안녕히 가세요.
(Annyonghi 안녕히 means "well". )

Good-bye.(to person staying)
An nyonghi kyeseyo 안녕히 계세요.
(It's different to say good bye when you are leaving or staying.)

Ch'oum boepget sumnida 처음 뵙겠읍니다.
(Literally means first time to see you.)
